Been told by a fellow deviantart friend about this month (October) being Self-Promotion month so thought I'd take a chance and do this:

1. Who are you? Chelle (aka Gypsysnail or Snail)

2. What is your artistic passion? Painting/drawing and graphic/game art

3. Why did you get into art? Self expression, love of creation, beauty of creations that behold a fantasy world, inspired by ways of expression, an escape from the real world at times and love of using colour and monocolour, and the amazing diversity of mediums we can use

4. How do you inspire yourself? by looking at the world in different angles, my passions for issues in the world - current and past issues, being able to share my creations with people, the many beautiful 2D images that flow through my mind at times especially when I close my eyes for a minute or few, weird or odd, unusual things that grab my eye and I just want to paint or draw it and in a setting that juxtaposes its current setting.

5. Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years? Having my own successful game business and doing many many paintings in a huge art studio room in my home
